VSSJA-2 type double flange limit expansion joint
The VSSJA-2 double flange limit expansion joint is a type of expansion tool used in pipeline systems. Its design complies with the GB/T 12465-2002 standard and can achieve free displacement control of the pipeline within the expansion range by adjusting the flange connection length and limit nut. This product has the characteristics of large expansion and easy installation, suitable for medium carbon steel pipeline systems, with a diameter range covering DN50-DN3000mm.
The VSSJA-2 double flange limit expansion joint adopts a double flange loose sleeve structure, which is sealed by evenly tightening the gland bolts diagonally. Its limit nut can lock the expansion and contraction amount, preventing the pipeline from exceeding the displacement limit due to thermal expansion, contraction or vibration. The product's horizontal and axial classification design covers different stress scenarios. The horizontal type is suitable for compensating pipeline turning displacement, while the axial type is used for linear expansion control. The material of this product model is medium carbon steel, covering a diameter range of DN50-DN3000mm.

Expansion and contraction adjustment: By adjusting the connection length between the two ends of the product and the flange, tightening the gland bolts diagonally and uniformly, and then adjusting the limit nut, the pipeline can freely expand and contract within the expansion range, locking the expansion and contraction, and ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline
Installation temperature range: -20 ℃ to 120 ℃

1. Adjust the connection length between the two ends of the product and the flange
2. Tighten the gland bolts evenly in diagonal order
3. Adjust the limit nut to the preset expansion position
4. Conduct pressure testing to confirm sealing performance
