Common problems and solutions of double flange limit expansion joints
1. Poor sealing:
If it is found that the expansion joint is not tightly sealed during use, it may be caused by aging, deformation, or improper installation of the sealing ring. At this point, a new sealing ring should be replaced and reinstalled strictly according to the installation steps.
2. Ripple tube rupture:
The rupture of the corrugated pipe may be caused by factors such as high temperature and pressure of the pipeline medium, or unqualified material of the corrugated pipe. At this point, it is necessary to replace the qualified corrugated pipe and conduct a comprehensive inspection and adjustment of the pipeline system.
3. Loose bolts:
Loose bolts may be caused by vibration, impact, or improper installation. At this point, appropriate tools should be used to re tighten the bolts and check the tightness of other bolts to ensure the stability of the entire connection system.
